Five July Events Not to Miss in Hoover

1. The City of Hoover’s Fireworks Show

The Hoover Metropolitan Complex

Spectators can gather in the Hoover Met’s parking lot or on the green at Brock’s Gap Brewing Company to view the City of Hoover’s annual fireworks show. Tune in to 87.9 FM radio to listen along.

2. The StarDome Comedy Club presents: Gareth Reynolds

Internationally-touring, stand-up comedian Gareth Reynolds will be performing live one night only at the StarDome Comedy Club this month. Gareth and Dave Anthony together are known for their cleverly quirky hit podcast, The Dollop, which each month garners more than 5 million downloads. 3. Summer Performance Series: The Secret Agency

The Hoover Public Library

Grammy-winning rapper and hip hop artist, Secret Agent 23 Skidoo, will be performing with “The Secret Agency” at the Hoover Public Library, putting on family-friendly concerts that aim to introduce kids to golden-age hip hop with soul, funk, reggae and storytelling components. 4. Songs of the Sea Music Camp for Preschoolers
