The Hoover Public Library
Grammy-winning rapper and hip hop artist, Secret Agent 23 Skidoo, will be performing with “The Secret Agency” at the Hoover Public Library, putting on family-friendly concerts that aim to introduce kids to golden-age hip hop with soul, funk, reggae and storytelling components.
