HOW DID YOU TWO MEET?
We met on a dating app while Case was home on leave. We had our first date at TopGolf, and the rest is history. We did 20 months of long distance between Atlanta and Hawaii–proof that love can overcome so many barriers with the right person.
THE PROPOSAL
I love sunsets, and Case planned a perfect proposal on the beach at sunset in Hawaii. We were taking what I thought was just a sunset walk, but he dropped down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Afterwards, our friends came to celebrate with us.
WEDDING DRESS DETAILS
I wanted a dress that was very detailed, ornate and beautiful. There were numerous dresses I liked, but the reason I chose mine was for its intricate detailing. I loved the long train, the beaded lace and the low-cut back. I actually tried on the exact same dress in two different bridal boutiques and loved it; thus, I knew this was my dress.

If it is in your budget, hire a wedding planner. They will help remind you of timelines, keep you on track with budgeting and help you properly book vendors. You will spend months planning every single detail and wanting the smallest items to be perfect, but some things may go wrong. Wedding planners can help alleviate the stress, allowing you to experience more of the joy in wedding planning.
