Each month, the Hoover Public Library honors one Hoover-area school’s students and their artwork, allowing students the opportunity to present their work in a fun, laid-back reception. The Hoover Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to present Mayor Frank Brocato, who will deliver the state of the city address at this annual luncheon. Networking begins at 11 a.m., and the program and lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. While everyone is welcome to attend, attendees must register in advance here.
