Miss Hoover and Miss Hoover Outstanding Teen

Miss Hoover Foundation’s Miss Hoover and Miss Hoover Outstanding Teen competitions will take place Sunday, Aug. 21 with more information about times and locations to come. Miss Hoover will receive a $5,000 scholarship and $2,000 in preparation for the state competition.
