The Hoover nonprofit, The Laura Crandall Brown Foundation, hosts this gala every year, honoring four, new honorees who have gone above and beyond to bring hope and inspire strength in GYN cancer patients and survivors. Brock’s Gap Brewing Company is celebrating its first anniversary in Hoover this weekend! To celebrate, the business is raffling off prizes worth up to $250 or more which include four Alabama vs. Texas 2023 football game tickets with parking passes. Attendees can enjoy food from Crawdaddy’s and Uncle G’s with music from the Dibines on Friday. On Saturday, food vendors including Blackbox Barbecue, Gumbo to Geaux and Crawdaddy’s will be available for guests. The M80’s will also be performing on Saturday, too! 3. The ALGOP Winter Dinner

4. Hoover Service Club Hearts in Harmony Fundraiser

Hoover Country Club
Join the Hoover Service Club for a night of live entertainment, both a silent auction and a live auction, dinner and dancing. Proceeds benefit the club’s community service endeavors and scholarship opportunities. Reservations are $135 and are required by March 16. Visit here to register.
5. The Circle of Love 5K
Saturday, March 18 | 9 a.m.
4800 Valleydale Rd
Since this race’s inception in 2004, runners have raised more than $825,000 in Christmas presents, school supplies and more for Birmingham children in need. This race will be held at Veterans Park in Hoover. This race is not stroller friendly. For more information or to register, visit here.
