Aldridge Gardens’ spring plant sale will feature a variety of options gardeners and enthusiasts will love. Customers also have the option to buy a “pass-along” plant that was once planted at Aldridge Gardens to take a little bit of the “gardens” home with them, too! Save the date for the Hoover City Schools Foundation’s Denim and Dining fundraiser! This event features live music, both live and silent auctions and a catered dinner from Jim ‘N Nicks, too. Celebrate Hoover Day

Drawing more than 10,000 residents each year, Celebrate Hoover Day is back again this spring and will feature live music, a kids’ zone, family-friendly games and activities, food vendors and more. Hope for Autumn Crawfish Boil

The Hope for Autumn Foundation Crawfish Boil is an all-you-can-eat event, fundraising for childhood cancer research for Children’s of Alabama. John Hein, a Louisiana native, will be preparing the crawfish boil, and The Divines and Whiskey River Band will perform live throughout the evening. Tickets are $50 for attendees ages 13 and up or $20 for those ages 5-12. Children ages 4 and under get in free. Visit here for more information.
